A spacious holiday house on the idyllic North Norfolk Coast

Jolly Sailor Cottage is a seaside holiday cottage in Wells next the Sea. It's a perfect house for taking self-catering seaside holidays with your family or friends. The house comfortably accommodates 6 guests in 4 bedrooms.

The cottage is on the North Norfolk Coast, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.  It is just steps away from the Norfolk Coast Path, and has easy access to nearby National Nature Reserves; Norfolk Wildlife Trust Reserves and an RSPB reserve.

Jolly Sailor Cottage lies in the East End of Wells-Next-The-Sea just a stones throw from the waterfront.  From the Lookout, or step outside to East Quay, enjoy stunning views that change constantly with the time and tide.  Sit on the slipway and watch oyster catchers, curlews and egrets, or the geese fly over in the winter.  This peaceful spot is only moments away from the bustling quay, quirky shops and the path / bus that takes you to the beach.

This spacious holiday home has been restored by it's owners and furnished with comfort in mind. Original Tudor features and antiques blend with modern furniture and appliances to ensure comfort for you and your guests throughout your stay.  Part of the charm of the cottage is the characteristically low and sloped ceilings; uneven walls; steps throughout to join the various levels, and steep wide stairs.

Roaring fires in Winter and a South facing garden in the Summer make this a perfect retreat all year round.
